QMS ( Quality Management Systems )

IPS strives for 0% defect rate on all our products and delivery date. All our raw materials are tested & qualified by ASTM specifications, and our products are being produced based on Mil-B-273F manual. IPS has 6 major inspection steps which include: raw materials, cut components , on line production, finished products, packaging, and random inspection. Each product is also performed a fitting test with devices or machines while inspection is proceeding. To ensure the quality of our production, IPS performs a First Article Inspection ( FAI ) which includes our QC results, and then we submit the FAI unit to the customers to get approval before processing a regular production. Upon the day of product shipment, IPS also provides the Certificate of Conformance to the customers to ensure that the products have met all customer's requirements & specifications. First Article Inspection ( FAI )

IPS provides a First Article Inspection unit which is the production sample before processing a regular production. FAI unit includes our test results, QC records, and the product specifications as well as one final production sample. Once IPS completes FAI , IPS submits the one FAI unit to the customers to ensure the quality assurance. IPS uses AS/EN/SJAC 9102 form for FAI documents to meet US standard Quality Management System ( QMS ).

Certificate Of Conformance ( CC )

Upon the date of product shipment, IPS also provides Certificate of Conformance to the customers to ensure the product quality by stating that the product provided to the customers are in conformance with applicable requirements of the purchase order, drawings, and specifications.
